The recent graduate of Wagner High School in San Antonio was a part of the varsity choir at the school and sings in her church choir.

She first heard about UHV when members of the Letting Education Achieve Dreams program came to her school to help students fill out federal financial aid paperwork.

Lopez plans to major in business with a marketing concentration and pursue a career in fashion marketing.
