Student dreams of being doctor

<p>Ugonma Igwe, a senior at Stony Point High School in Round Rock, wanted to come to the University of Houston-Victoria before the institution began admitting freshmen.</p>

<p>She hopes to be a doctor someday and wants to earn her bachelor’s degree in pre-med biology at UHV.</p>
<p>Igwe said she’s excited to be a part of the FIRST 200.</p>
<p>"I feel great. I feel like I'm making history," she said..</p>
<p>Igwe is a volunteer at Scott and White Hospital in Austin and went to state competition this year with DECA, an association for marketing students.</p>
<p>After she graduates, Igwe wants to be a pediatrician.</p>
