Victoria perfect location for incoming college freshman

<p>Suzanna Fuentes, a senior at A.C. Jones High School in Beeville, found Victoria to be the perfect place to go to college.</p> <table align="right" border="0" cellpadding="3" style="bordercollapse: collapse;" width="100"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="bordercollapse: collapse;"><img alt="Suzanna Fuentes" src="images/Uploads/underclassmen/FuentesSuzanna.jpg" style="border-width: 0px; float: right;" /></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="middle" style="bordercollapse: collapse;"><font size="1">Suzanna Fuentes</font></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s close to home but far enough away for me to be independent,&rdquo; said the soon-to-be member of the FIRST 200 at the University of Houston-Victoria.</p> <p>She added that she&rsquo;s looking forward to attending a smaller university where she can get more one-on-one attention from her professors.</p> <p>Fuentes plans on majoring in psychology.</p> <p>&ldquo;I just love helping people,&rdquo; she said. &ldquo;Someday, I want to open my own business and help teenagers who are the age I am now.&rdquo;</p>
