President's softball tailgate invited fans, supporters

Christian Hardigree, Texas A&M University-Victoria president, throws the first pitch before the start of the game between A&M-Victoria and Texas A&M University-San Antonio on Feb. 27 at the Youth Sports Complex. A tailgate was held during the games providing drinks and food for attendees to enjoy. The Jaguars defeated San Antonio in the doubleheader 6-5 in the first game, and 7-6 in the second game.

Texas A&M University-Victoria, located in the heart of the Coastal Bend region since 1973 in Victoria, Texas, offers courses leading to more than 50 academic programs in the colleges of Business, Education & Health Professions, Liberal Arts & Social Sciences, and Natural & Applied Science. A&M-Victoria provides face-to-face classes at its Victoria campus, as well as online classes that students can take from anywhere.
