The College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences is central to the teaching, research, and service interests of the greater A&M-Victoria community, a dynamic destination university in the Coastal Bend region of Texas. We prepare students with the skills and intellectual leadership needed in the public and private sector. Special emphasis is placed on providing students with the critical thinking and technological skills necessary for lifelong success, active citizenship, and global awareness.

Craig Goodman, Ph.D.

Interim Dean

Craig Goodman earned a Ph.D. from the University of Houston and joined the faculty at Texas A&M University-Victoria in 2012 as an Assistant Professor of Political Science. His research and teaching interests are in American politics, especially Congress and the presidency.
