To review the maintenance times, sign into the Canvas LMS and click Account + Settings and review the listed maintenance schedule under the Time Zone option.

TurnItIn will be unavailable Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. (CST) (approximately 6 hours). The TurnItIn vendor will be updating TurnItIn during this maintenance window, so features will be unavailable in the Canvas LMS during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The deadline for the A&M-Victoria Spring 2026 graduation application is Friday, March 6, 2026.
Date: Friday, March 6, 2026
Please complete the following steps:
- Apply online at myUHV.
- Choose myUHV Self Service.
- Select Degree Progress/Graduation.
- Select Apply for Graduation.

The A&M-Victoria Spring 2026 semester begins Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Please review the important Spring 2026 semester information below regarding the A&M-Victoria Canvas system.
- Wednesday, January 14, 2026: first day new students registered for Canvas online courses for the Spring regular & 8W1 terms can log into Canvas
- Tuesday, January 20, 2026: first day students can access Canvas online course information for the Spring regular & 8W1 terms
- Tuesday, March 17, 2026: first day new students registered for Canvas online courses for the Spring 8W2 term can log into Canvas
- Monday, March 23, 2026: first day students can access Canvas online course information for the Spring 8W2 term
- To resolve issues, confirm you're successfully registered for a Canvas online course, you're accessing information on the correct date (see above), you've changed your pre-expired password; check with your Online Support Technician for help and assistance
- For information regarding course evaluations, please visit the UHV course evaluations website.
