Career Closet
Landing the perfect job starts with making a strong first impression — and at Texas A&M University–Victoria, students don’t have to worry about the cost of looking professional. The Career Closet is here to help you step into every interview with confidence.
The Career Closet is a free, student‑focused resource offering professional attire for interviews, internships, presentations, and any event where you want to look sharp and career‑ready. Whether you need to borrow an outfit or keep it for future opportunities, the closet ensures every Jaguar has access to polished, professional clothing without financial stress.
Launched in 2017 alongside the campus food pantry — now known as the Paw Pantry — the Career Closet is located in Dona & Mona Smith Hall at 3202 N. Ben Wilson St. and continues to grow thanks to generous donations from community members.
Inside, you’ll find a curated selection of men’s and women’s professional wear, including suits, dress shirts, blouses, dresses, ties, belts, and accessories designed to help you look and feel your best.
The Career Closet makes it easier than ever to show up with confidence, make a memorable impression, and take the next step toward your future career.
