Undergraduate Students:
- Freshman or First-time Students
If you are an international student and have never been enrolled in university/college level (post-secondary) study and have completed the equivalent of 12 years of more of elementary and secondary schooling based on your country's educational system, you should apply as an International Freshman. - International Transfer Students
If you are an international student who was or is enrolled in a United States college or university located in the U.S. and are now interested in undergraduate admission at the Texas A&M University-Victoria, you should apply as an International Transfer Student.
OR
If you are an international student who was or is enrolled in a higher education (post-secondary) institution located outside of the United States and are now interested in undergraduate admission at Texas A&M University-Victoria, you should apply as an International Transfer Student.
