Payment Options

Online Payments

Students can view their accounts and make online payments using E-checks, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Visa by accessing their myUHV student account and using the following navigation:

Texas A&M University-Victoria charges a Processing Fee of 1.51% on all credit card transactions. The processing fee is assessed on all credit card brands. The processing fee imposed is not greater than the University’s applicable merchant discount rate for credit card transactions.

When mailing payment, please make checks payable to Texas A&M University-Victoria and include the student's full name and Student ID number on the check to ensure accurate posting of payments.

 

Please remember payments must be received and posted to the student's account by the end of business on the Tuition and Fee Payment Due Date, regardless of the postmarked date. Students can verify that their payments have been received by accessing their myUHV Student Account and using the following navigation:

In-Person Payments

Cash, personal check, and money order payments can be made at the Student Business Services Office in Room 117 of the University West Building at the Victoria campus between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Credit card payments are accepted online in the student's myUHV portal.  A credit card processing fee of 1.51% is charged on all credit card transactions. The processing fee is assessed on all credit card brands.  The processing fee imposed is not greater than the University’s applicable merchant discount rate for credit card transactions.

Third Party Contracts

Agencies outside the University may set up third-party billing arrangements that pay for all or part of a student's tuition and fees. The student will be billed for any amount not covered by the third party.

Students should submit all paperwork for third party contracts to Student Business Services, University West Building Room 117, email billing@tamuv.edu, or fax it to (361) 580-5522. For questions regarding third party contracts please contact Student Billing at (361)570-4833.
