Promote teaching and learning practices that are student-centered, engaging, and impactful in the real world.  

Provide training and development opportunities via innovative conferences, activities, and collaborations. 

Facilitate partnerships with community members and local industry professionals that support co-curricular, experiential, and service-learning opportunities.  

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and recognition of excellence in teaching, learning, and professional development.
