Grading Scale
We use a 4.0 grading scale to calculate GPA, with the formula: GPA = Total Grade Points/Total Semester Hours.

How to Use the Calculator
- Enter Course Information: Add each course individually with the grade you expect to earn and the number of semester hours.
- Include Multiple Semesters: You can add courses from the same or different semesters to reflect your overall academic history.
- View Your Estimated GPA: The calculator will display your estimated GPA based on the grades and credit hours you input.
Tip: The calculator does not pull in your current GPA or grades automatically. To see how potential grades will affect your GPA, first review your current grades in myUHV, then manually enter your existing courses and grades into the calculator.
